MENU:

  • Our autumn-inspired menu focuses on local Pacific Northwest ingredients chosen for freshness and quality.
  • Course 1: Seasonal Crostini with Fresh Ricotta. Paired with a 2016 Three Otters Unoaked Chardonnay.
  • Course 2: Oregon Crab Cakes, Seasonal Puree and Local Watercress Salad. Paired with a newly released 2016 Lux Chardonnay.
  • Course 3: Pork Shoulder Confit, Spaetzle and Crispy Brussels Sprouts. Paired with a highly sought single vineyard 2016 Lichtenwalter Vineyard Pinot Noir.
  • Course 4: Dark Chocolate & Lichtenwalter Mousse, Vanilla Roasted Plum, Almond Shortbread, and Raspberry Coulis. Paired with a 2017 Three Otters Pinot Gris.
