Join us for a traditional cheese tasting led by Steve Jones, a cheese pairing master and owner of Portland’s own Chizu and Cheese Bar. Each carefully curated cheese will be paired with a local Willamette Valley wine by Fullerton Wines.   • Course 1: Tres Leches (Cow, Goat and Sheep) Cheese from Spain paired with a 2017 Unoaked Chardonnay.
  • Course 2: Mekkerstee Gouda Goat Cheese from Holland paired with a 2016 Oaked Chardonnay.
  • Course 3: Summer Comte Raw Cow Cheese from France paired with a 2015 Willamette Valley Blend Pinot Noir.
  • Course 4: Tomino Cow and Sheep Cheese from Italy paired with a 2015 Croft Vineyard Pinot Noir.
  • Course 5: Cascadia Creamery Glacier Blue Raw Cow Cheese from Washington State paired with a 2017 Pinot Gris.
