  • Our February menu will focus on seasonal ingredients from the Pacific Northwest.
  • Wild Mushroom Croquette, Truffle Aioli, Pickled Shallot, Arugula. Paired with a 2015 Five Faces Pinot Noir.
  • Roasted Carrot Salad, Beets, Carrot Ginger & Tumeric Dressing, Pickled Onions, Pistachio. Paired with a 2015 Croft Vineyard Pinot Noir.
  • Braised Pork Belly, Posole Broth, Cilantro Rice, Avocado, Crispy Hominy. Paired with a 2015 Mae’s Vineyard Syrah.
  • Chiffon Cake, Thai Chili Infused Chocolate Ganache, Lime Curd, Coconut Whip Cream, Crispy Plantain. Paired with a 2017 Three Otters Pinot Gris.
